For the past four years, Workforce has recognized the top 100 companies that excel in human resources practices, and for the first time, Paycor was named to this prestigious list.

Workforce analyzes public data on HR performance and Glassdoor Inc. employee reviews to develop the list of 100 organizations that excel in 7 core areas of HR including workplace culture, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, employee development/talent management, HR innovation, leadership development and talent acquisition.

"Paycor's HR team truly exemplifies business partnership," said President Stacey Browning. "As a values-driven organization, HR is leading the way in ensuring our decision-making aligns with our guiding principles, which include 'Take Care of Each Other’, ‘Do the Right Thing’, and ‘Have Fun Along the Way.’”

Paycor’s HR team is promoting growth and sparking innovation throughout the organization, and their impact has been felt in a variety of ways.

  • HR is supporting associates by making learning and development a key initiative. In the past 12 months, more than 400 associates have advanced in their career.
  • The recruiting team has fueled Paycor’s growth by taking the organization from 1,000 associates at the beginning of 2016 to 1,460 associates today.
  • The HR team transformed Paycor’s performance management process to quarterly “Connect” sessions focusing on performance feedback and development planning.
