Paycor's McKenzie Marx: Changing the Recruiting Game

July 26, 2016

Exempt vs non exempt employees: that is the question

Congratulations to our very own McKenzie Marx on her selection as one of the top 25 Workforce Game Changers in 2016 by Workforce magazine. Since 2011, the Workforce Game Changers Awards have recognized high-potential young professionals under the age of 40 who are making their mark on the HR profession.

A three-year veteran of Paycor’s HR team, McKenzie joined the company in April 2013 as a Recruiting Coordinator and quickly realized the importance of campus recruiting and developing campus relationships. McKenzie identified the need for Paycor to connect to top student talent and created an action plan to raise Paycor’s profile and increase the number of student hires. McKenzie has since become a specialist in helping to identify and hire top recruits for Paycor’s growing and evolving High Velocity Sales team. The team has grown in size by 166% to 48 Associates through McKenzie’s efforts, and she has developed strong relationships with Sales management and tremendous credibility with Associates because she has demonstrated care and concern for their careers.

Congratulations McKenzie on this outstanding recognition! Read more about her accomplishments in her profile on
