Affordable Care Act: How HR Should Prepare for 2018

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has created a whole lot of anxiety for employers, and over the last year, we've experienced a back and forth struggle to decide the ultimate fate of the regulations. But when news broke that a pared-down ACA repeal bill failed to pass the Senate, it signaled the continuation of the ACA as law of the land for the foreseeable future.

Just last week, Paycor's Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen Crone, was featured in Benefits Pro and offered tips to employers on how to prepare for the coming year. Even as executive action is likely to continue, employers must remain compliant with ACA regulations. It's business as usual.
