Open enrollment can be a challenging and stressful time for many organizations. So with open enrollment right around the corner, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) featured an article in HR Magazine offering 6 ways employers can improve the process and better communicate with employees.
Paycor's Benefits Analyst, Bekki O'Brien, was interviewed as part of the article and provided strategies Paycor employs to improve the open enrollment experience for employees. Because open enrollment is a people-oriented process, Bekki works closely with key influencers in Paycor's workforce to understand what peers are saying about the process and what improvements can be made. According to O'Brien, "These are people other employees go to for advice, with work-related questions, and for friendly or pick-me-up conversations."
