Paycor will hire approximately 1,100 jobs over the next five years, and prospective employees looking for a career in Client Services are encouraged to attend two upcoming recruiting events in Kansas City, Kansas on Thursday, September 14 and Cincinnati, Ohio on Monday, September 18.

At each open house, Paycor will conduct preliminary interviews for interested candidates from 4 to 7 pm as they search for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join the Client Services department. Members of Paycor’s Recruiting team will be on hand to answer questions and provide information on available positions and how they match up with candidates’ skill sets.

A recent recipient of the Cincinnati Business Courier Fast 55 award, Paycor is growing inside and outside of its hometown, providing hundreds of jobs and boosting the presence of HR technology. The company’s growth reflects U.S. businesses are relying on partners like Paycor to mitigate compliance risk and provide tools to manage employees more efficiently. Paycor’s full suite of recruiting, HR and payroll solutions and continued focus on customer service are meeting market needs.

Says Paycor’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen Crone, “In 26 years, we’ve gone from operating in one city to more than twenty-five. We are hiring in Cincinnati, San Francisco, Frisco, Texas, Fort Collins, Colorado and more. Growth enables more giving back, whether that’s to the community or the local economy. It’s an exciting time to come on board.”
